Overview:

VG 32 is a type of Sinopec 4523 synthetic refrigeration oil . Sinopec 4523 synthetic refrigeration oil is refined using synthetic base oil and a variety of additives, including those for extreme pressure, antioxidants, and corrosion resistance. It is a DRB grade oil according to the ISO 6743-3 classification standard and can meet the requirements of refrigeration compressors under harsh conditions.

Performance characteristics:

◎ Excellent thermal and oxidative stability prevents lubricant deterioration at high temperatures

◎ Good material compatibility prevents leakage during system operation

◎ Excellent low-temperature performance, with an extremely low pour point and low Freon flocculation point, eliminates wax formation at low temperatures, and offers excellent low-temperature fluidity, ensuring the system's adaptability to various low-temperature applications

◎ Excellent high- and low-temperature performance ensures normal operation over a wide temperature range

◎ Good lubricity protects the refrigeration compressor and reduces wear

Application:

◎ Widely used in refrigeration systems using a variety of refrigerants (such as R11, R12, and R23). It is primarily suitable for reciprocating and rotary compressors, including fully enclosed, semi-hermetic, and open-type compressors used in air conditioners, mobile air conditioners, central air conditioners, refrigerated trucks, chillers, and cold storage.
