Detailed description

Overview:

VG 150 is a type of Sinopec L-DAB air compressor oil . Sinopec L-DAB air compressor oil is formulated with a highly refined mineral base oil and carefully selected additives. It can be used in a variety of stationary and mobile reciprocating air compressors. This product is available in grades 68, 100, 150, and 220 based on its kinematic viscosity at 40°C.

Performance characteristics:

◎ Enhanced wear protection extends the service life of reciprocating compressor cylinders and crankshafts, and provides excellent protection for rotary vane compressor blades.

◎Excellent thermal and oxidative stability prevents high-temperature oxidative decomposition and ensures carbon deposits are eliminated even at high temperatures.

◎ Excellent rust and corrosion resistance prevents corrosion and rust on cylinders and exhaust valves.

◎Excellent demulsification properties enable rapid separation of accumulated water in circulation systems.

Application:

◎ Suitable for lubrication and sealing of crankcases and cylinders of medium-load reciprocating air compressors in the petrochemical, steel, and metallurgical industries.

◎ Suitable for lubrication of small piston air compressors, rotary vane compressors, and some plunger-type transfer pumps in general industries.
