Overview:

VG 68 is a type of Sinopec 4506 synthetic compressor oil .Sinopec 4506 synthetic compressor oil is refined using synthetic base oil and a variety of additives, including those for extreme pressure, antioxidants, and corrosion resistance.

Performance characteristics:

◎Excellent thermal and oxidative stability prevents lubricant deterioration at high temperatures

◎ Good material compatibility prevents leaks during system operation

◎ Excellent thermal conductivity reduces compressor operating temperatures

◎ Excellent resistance to high-temperature coking and carbon deposits enhances compressor safety under high-temperature conditions

◎Excellent high- and low-temperature performance ensures normal system operation over a wide temperature range

◎ Excellent lubricity protects the compressor and reduces wear

◎ Excellent overall performance ensures a compressor system life of 6,000 to 8,000 hours

Application:

◎ Widely used for lubrication of small, medium, and large single-stage or multi-stage reciprocating and rotary air compressors used in the steel, cement, chemical, machinery, and electronics industries, particularly for centrifugal and screw compressors.

◎ Operating Temperature Range: Rotary compressors -50°C to 120°C; reciprocating compressors -40°C to 200°C, with short-term temperatures up to 220°C
