Overview:

VG150 is a type of Sinopec 4503 synthetic compressor oil .Sinopec 4503 synthetic compressor oil is refined using a specially structured semi-synthetic base oil and the addition of high-quality, high-efficiency additives.

Performance characteristics:

◎Excellent high and low temperature performance ensures normal system operation over a wide temperature range.

◎Excellent thermal and oxidative stability prevents high-temperature carbonization and coking of the lubricant, enhancing compressor safety under high-temperature conditions.

◎Excellent sludge and coke removal effectively removes sludge and colloid formed in the compressor by previous low-quality air compressor oils.

◎Excellent demulsibility prevents oil-water emulsification, facilitating water separation from the oil tank and extending oil life.

◎Excellent thermal conductivity reduces compressor operating temperatures.

◎ Good material compatibility prevents leaks during system operation.

◎ Excellent lubricity protects the compressor and reduces wear.

◎Lubrication and seals for light- and medium-load rotary air compressors operating at discharge temperatures up to 130°C and discharge pressures up to 1500 kPa
