Overview:

VG220 is a type of SINOPEC 4406 synthetic heavy duty industrial gear oil.SINOPEC 4406 synthetic heavy duty industrial gear oil is blended with synthetic base oiland plural highly refined additives such as extreme pressure agent, anti-wearing agent and so on.

Performance characteristics:

◎Outstanding viscosity-temperature property

◎Outstanding low temperature fluidity, ensuring normal startup and operation of gearbox inlow temperature condition

◎Outstanding heat resistance stability, preventing oil from damage in high temperaturecondition

◎Good extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, reducing wear of gearbox

◎Neither coke nor deposit after durative application in high temperature condition

Application:

◎Suitable for lubrication of various medium/low speed heavy duty close type industrialgears, sliding/rolling bearings increasing efficiency, reducing power consumptionlowering wear, prolonging service life and oil drainage compared to mineral type gearoil, reducing repair costs and energy consumption

◎Applied temperature range:-30℃~150℃ for*100~*460;-25℃~150℃ for*680~#1000
