The Bioenergy Co., Ltd. was established on December 28, 2015, and is a holding subsidiary of a certain environmental protection group in Hunan Province. It is located in Shatian Village, Qiaoyi Town, Wangcheng District, Changsha City. The process system consists of a waste incineration system, a flue gas purification system, a waste heat power generation system, a sewage treatment system, etc. The total installed capacity is 100MW, which is a 4 × 25MW condensing steam turbine generator set (model N25-3.8) manufactured by a certain steam turbine motor (group) Co., Ltd. in Nanjing. It has been put into operation for power generation since January 2018, with a daily clean incineration treatment of 5000 tons of household waste and an annual power generation of 518 million kilowatt hours.

In order to control and reduce the lubrication cost of the generator set and improve the comprehensive benefits of the company's waste to energy generation, the company has decided to localize the replacement of turbine oil. After on-site technical exchanges with Great Wall Lubricants' technical engineers and the provision of a complete technical support plan, the company's turbine engineers and supervisors have unanimously recognized it. After answering all customer concerns, the company successfully won the bidding for four turbine oil units and purchased and used them.

Starting from January 2018, the Bioenergy Co., Ltd. has been installing and using the "Great Wall" brand Weiyue L-TSA/LF46 long-life turbine oil on four 25MW condensing steam turbine generator units. After more than a year of use, the technical engineers of Great Wall Lubricants have provided technical tracking services as promised, and the oil performance is good. The equipment is operating normally and has obtained a certificate of use issued by the company.

Garbage to energy refers to a form of power generation that burns municipal solid waste through special incineration boilers and generates electricity through steam turbine generators. Garbage power generation is divided into two categories: garbage incineration power generation and landfill gas power generation. The four units of this bioenergy company belong to waste incineration power generation. The company adopts mature mechanical grate furnace technology, and the main process system is designed by Hitachi Shipbuilding Corporation, which has rich experience in waste incineration treatment internationally. Garbage enters the inclined downward grate through the feeding hopper (the grate is divided into a drying zone, a combustion zone, and a burnout zone). Due to the staggered movement between the grates, the garbage is pushed downward, allowing it to pass through various areas on the grate in sequence (when garbage enters another area from one area, it plays a big turning role), until it is completely burned (with a combustion temperature of up to 850-1000 ℃) and discharged from the furnace. Combustion air enters from the lower part of the grate and mixes with garbage; High temperature flue gas generates hot steam through the heating surface of the boiler to drive the steam turbine, while the flue gas is also cooled. Finally, the flue gas is treated by the flue gas treatment device and discharged.

The successful application of Sinopec L-TSA/LF46 long-life turbine oil in the waste to energy turbine of this bioenergy company has played a good demonstration role for Great Wall turbine oil in biomass power generation, waste to energy generation and other fields.
